Double-layer Graphite PTFE Yarn
Made from PTFE raw material with colloidal graphite and lubricating grease added through mixing, drawing, defatting and heat setting to form a film, then colloidal graphite and other additives are added between the two film layers. Our double-layer black PTFE yarn uses proprietary technology with high graphite ratio, high tensile strength, uniform diameter and neat plying, widely used as the base yarn for various double-layer black PTFE yarn packings. Different oil contents can be supplied per customer requirement.
